Why we started
Sleeping well shouldn't need a complicated routine. A lot of us fall asleep to a podcast, rain sounds or white noise — but earbuds hurt the moment you turn on your side, and a sliver of streetlight is enough to keep you awake. Lullwave started from that small, everyday problem.
What we do
We don't manufacture our products — we choose them. We keep a small collection of sleep essentials that each do one job well: blocking the light, and letting you listen without anything in your ears. Before a product goes on the shop, we look at how it's made, what it can really do, and what it can't.
How we work
- Honest descriptions. Each product is described exactly as it is: real specs, no exaggerated claims, no fake reviews, no fake countdowns or inflated "before" prices.
- Clear delivery times. Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and shipped from our partner warehouse, then delivered in 7–15 business days with tracking. Shipping is free everywhere in Canada.
- Real support. Questions before or after your order? Write to contact@lullwave.ca — a real person replies within 24–48 hours.
- 30-day guarantee. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we replace it or refund you in full.
