1. About us
This website (lullwave.ca) is operated by Lullwave, based in Quebec, Canada. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and descriptions
We describe each product as accurately as we can, including its features, materials and colours. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Our products are general sleep accessories, not medical devices.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Shipping within Canada is free. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Full payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Orders
After you order, you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable or if there is an obvious pricing error; in that case you receive a full refund.

5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping. Products ship from our partner warehouses, so items in the same order may arrive separately. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds follow our Refund Policy, including our 30-day guarantee for damaged or defective items.

7. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use its content (text, photos) without our permission.

8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Quebec or Canadian consumer protection laws.

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after the update date.
