Shipping policy

Free shipping across Canada Every order ships free to all Canadian provinces and territories. We currently ship to Canada only.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email right after you order, and a shipping email with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping. Remote areas may take a little longer. Your items ship directly from our partner warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking your order Use the tracking number in your shipping email to follow your package. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show its first update.

Taxes and fees Shipping is free and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. If you're ever asked to pay a fee at delivery, contact us before paying.

Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you made a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can update it before it ships.

Lost or damaged packages If your package is lost, hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
