Damaged, defective or wrong item: contact us within 30 days of delivery and we send a free replacement or a full refund.
Changed your mind: unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery (return shipping paid by the customer). For hygiene reasons, worn masks can’t be returned for a change of mind.
